I am a first-time home buyer and essentially had no clue about anything. Billy Abney and his team were wonderful and did everything they could to help me understand the process and to make it as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Veterans United and Billy's team.
I had several delays with closing. I get that it happens but found the team working with Wesley Earl to not be proactive in their communication. I also asked for a lower rate since the fed cut rates and was told no. Not sure I’d recommend again. Our first home with VU was great.

I appreciate you taking the time to share this. Closing delays are stressful, and I’m sorry you felt like the communication wasn’t as proactive as it should have been. That’s not the experience I want you to have, especially after things went so smoothly with your first home.
I also hear your frustration about the rate. I know how quickly things can shift when the Fed announces changes, and I’m sorry the options available at the time didn’t line up with what you were hoping for.
