This was my second hope purchase with Veterans United and I will never use anyone else. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks and not only did their appraisal came in $10k under the asking price my realtor used it to convince the sellers to drop their request $10k. I’ll never use anyone else and if you’re a veteran you’d be a damn fool to go through anyone else.

Had to re link my bank information atleast 8 times. Underwriter wanted extremely way too much information. A $2 Venmo charge? Are you kidding… We didn’t get the clear to close in enough advance when we had over 2 months to get everything done. My last 2 times buying was excellent with you guys. Luckily this is our forever home.
Michelle Dapkus is the best loan officer we have ever worked with! Always went above and beyond to help us out and was always able to explain where we were in the process and answer our crazy questions. Her team was amazing as well! This is our second time using VU and Michelle and this experience was even better than our last one! We will only use VU and Michelle for our future lending needs!
Veterans United provided Elite customer service and stayed in the battle until we won. They got me across the finish line when we hit a snag they were right there to get the train back on the tracks. I would not buy another house with out them!
