The whole team at the Scott Air Force Base office was just perfect. There was transparent communication the entire time. The team exceeded our expectations - again! Home buying is a stressful and trying experience all together and not having to worry about the home loan was a welcome reprieve from the daily stresses of buying a house. Mike has always been amazing, very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone because him and his team are so great! I have both bought my first home and refinanced the same house later through Mike and his team. For the refinance I worked mostly with Jessica Erb and she was very patient with me and any delays I had, she explained everything, sometimes twice, to ensure I understood what was going on, and I never felt alone or unheard during the entire process.
