I think if this team made it any easier, they would have moved my hand to sign documents for me, but that feels illegal so I'm glad we didn't. Even when I was getting worried about financial obligations, Holly was able to talk me through a lot of options to help relieve the stress. I never thought going into so much debt would be this enjoyable!
Jessica Erb was also excellent. I enjoyed working with her and she also provides very timely communication.This is our third some purchase with Veteran's United. We keep coming back because of the phenomenal customer service and ease of the process. I find the app and VU portal to be very user friendly and time effective. The entire team was wonderful. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way.
