While I have been very pleased with the level of service provided, I have observed that current market rates for comparable profiles appear more competitive elsewhere. Consequently, I believe it would be financially prudent for me to explore alternative financing options to ensure I am securing the most economical rate.
Alex Dickherber was always on top of everything. No surprises! It was a long process for me but Alex checked in with on a routine basis.
Our experience with Tommy Purk was nothing short of fantastic. My fiancé and I cannot fully begin to express our gratitude for his and Thomas Sutton’s services. The under writing needs to be more streamlined. There were to many last minute needed items that had no real bearing on the home purchase.
