This is the second time I have used Veteran's United for financing my home. Kennedy Kugle was my loan officer the first time and he provided exceptional services, very respectful personality and caring throughout the complete loan process. This time as well Kennedy was my loan officer and as expected his exceptional service provided but this time it was Outstanding and pure delight. Starting with the loan inception through to the closing date he set a record of 13 days total closing time. As if he didn't do enough already, while I am overseas, he miraculously stepped up much further by working with American Title to ensure that I closed with electronic signature's and via a video teleconference with a notary public for documents to me signed under oath. Kennedy Kugle is the best loan officer I have ever worked with in mortgage loans, with his contributions of exceptional care for Veterans United complements the reputation of the companies' great professional and ethical standards and should be considered for a nice bonus for his faithful services. To bad this scale only goes to 10 because Adam deserves a 20 at the very least. Every question I had he was able to answer for me and a first te buyer trust me I had a long list of them. He was very prompt in getting us thought the approval phase and once we picked our house closing day came without a worry due to Adam and his team. 100/10 recommended!

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
