Veterans United did not communicate with us. They communicated with our realtor instead. We never receieved all documents from realtor. Realtor lied at closing.
Realtor communicated with Sellers realtor instead of us. Realtor asked us to sign document stating we are being represented by her. When we received document to sign we could not read it but it hopped to each sign spot and we signed. We did not know we were paying her commission till closing.
Response from Veterans United
Hey Bruce,
I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you. Buying a home is a big step, and it’s understandable to feel disappointed when communication doesn’t go the way you expect.
While realtors work independently from Veterans United, it’s important to me that you feel supported and confident in every part of the process. I’d like the chance to look into your experience and see how we can help address your concerns directly. Would you please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
Holly made this difficult process workable, not being very computer illiterate. She had a patience to guide me through each step and I was finally able to complete all necessary requirements to purchase my home. I found to be a truly professional respectful and listened to me throughout this entire ordeal With her help it made this process. I won’t say simple but manageable. I get five stars above Holly and Jessica for their help in his transaction.
