We had some miscommunication with Carol about requirements for the documents that was annoying.
Holly was very helpful and answered all the many questions we had. She ran a bunch of numbers for us to make sure we had the right house.
All the paperwork was stressful but everyone at VA united made it easy I had a lot of questions and everyone was very quick and explain everything very well
