This was my second hope purchase with Veterans United and I will never use anyone else. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks and not only did their appraisal came in $10k under the asking price my realtor used it to convince the sellers to drop their request $10k. I’ll never use anyone else and if you’re a veteran you’d be a damn fool to go through anyone else.

Started well & ended terrible. Expected to walk out of the closing with a check for $17-18K but had to show up with a check for over $11K instead. Not sure what the issues were on your end & don't care to be real honest. I was told we were all good over a week in advance, then told oops -we screwed up please cover our mistake.

When you’ve been planning for a certain outcome and are told everything looks good, finding out at the last minute that the numbers changed is incredibly frustrating. I understand why this left such a bad impression, especially when it felt like the expectations you were given didn’t line up with the final figures.
