Mike Dapkus and his staff were very patient and explained the various options available to us. I appreciated the time and the check-ins. We had two deals fall through and they stuck by us through all the ups and downs.
Mike and his staff were friendly and easy to work with being I did not get to meet Mike till the closing day due to my busy schedule.

The biggest problem I had with the process was not getting the final number I needed for closing until after my closing appt had already started. Given the fact I bank with USAA and do not have physical bank to go to made it very stressful.
