Mike has always been amazing, very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone because him and his team are so great! I have both bought my first home and refinanced the same house later through Mike and his team. For the refinance I worked mostly with Jessica Erb and she was very patient with me and any delays I had, she explained everything, sometimes twice, to ensure I understood what was going on, and I never felt alone or unheard during the entire process. I would recommend this team a million times over!
Michelle Dapkus is the best loan officer we have ever worked with! Always went above and beyond to help us out and was always able to explain where we were in the process and answer our crazy questions. Her team was amazing as well! This is our second time using VU and Michelle and this experience was even better than our last one! We will only use VU and Michelle for our future lending needs!

The experience was great. Whenever I had a question it was answered quickly. They explained things very well. At times it was confusing since the person you communicate with changes depending on what stage your loan is in. Other than that, it was a great and easy experience!
