Everybody on staff was friendly and easy with a smile. They bent over backwards to help us and made us feel like we were there number one priority. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful, professional, and knowledgable Mike Dapkus is. I've never met anybody that knows as much as Mike about the VA loan processes. Jess Manfredi is probably the kindest, most friendly and welcoming Administrative Assistant I've met in my 50+ years! Koleen Kay facilitated our loan pre-approval as ensured everything was in order and we were informed every step of the way. No guesswork on our part whatsoever. Nothing gets past Koleen! Account Manager Jamie Hollenkamp was meticulous in her prep and her guidance ensured no stone was left unturned. Never a doubt that we were set up for success!
