I feel like the process could've gone a lot smoother and a lot of disappointment could've been avoided if things weren't missed early on or if information was given to us correctly. Michelle Dapkus was absolutely wonderful though with helping us get to the finish line. It's unfortunate that all the negative experiences really affected our opinion.
Everybody on staff was friendly and easy with a smile. They bent over backwards to help us and made us feel like we were there number one priority. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful, professional, and knowledgable Mike Dapkus is. I've never met anybody that knows as much as Mike about the VA loan processes. Jess Manfredi is probably the kindest, most friendly and welcoming Administrative Assistant I've met in my 50+ years! Koleen Kay facilitated our loan pre-approval as ensured everything was in order and we were informed every step of the way. No guesswork on our part whatsoever. Nothing gets past Koleen! Account Manager Jamie Hollenkamp was meticulous in her prep and her guidance ensured no stone was left unturned. Never a doubt that we were set up for success!
Loved the way everyone worked as a team in conjunction with realtors, title company, the entire team was amazing and not only they helped through all but they literally communicated with me constantly and Mike and Jamie would immediately answer my questions and Mike even went in earlier and out of his comfort zone to help and guide me through all.
