We would have appreciated more direct contact with the VU staff through the entire process and not just the beginning... I personally feel that the home buying process is a huge undertaking and clients need and rely upon advice and accurate information as they navigate through the process. We are thankful for the VA loan availability but I do feel the customer service aspect was lacking. Which added another element of stress to and already stressful ordeal in purchasing a home.
