My experience with veterans united was great and easy. My only problem with this process was the real estate agent veterans united provided. I would definitely NOT recommend using Kia from 1st class real estate RVA. Me and my wife felt the communication was extremely slow and there were points in the closing process when we had to reach out to the seller/listing agent to ensure we had documents needed to close. It seemed like doing her job was bothersome. But other than that, the loan team, the concierge, and every other member in the process was very professional and helpful.

Donnie and Lynn went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected out of the loan process. They were incredibly patient helping explain things that my elderly parents needed deeper explanation in time to understand. They went out of their way to accommodate, helping us due to technological constraints, and they were kind, professional and extremely punctual throughout the entire process. I personally have closed on six different homes in my lifetime and was involved helping my parents close onto two of their home loans so they could understand some of the process and technology and my interactions with Donnie and LYNN we’re far and above anything I have ever experienced from a customer service perspective and acknowledge perspective from any other lender that we have ever used in the last 18 years. I recommend any veteran that is looking to buy a home to do it through Veterans United. I’ve dealt with other home lenders and it’s normally a difficult process. Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but I never seems that way. Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing. I highly recommend they for any veteran seeking to purchase a home
