Mike, Holly, and Joe were all instrumental in ensuring that we worked with a reputable company, and that we closed on time. I don't think we would have received this level of positive customer service and support elsewhere. We are very happy and satisfied with the home buying process, thanks to the Veterans United team.
They worked great as a team. Maybe a little more proactive updates throughout the process. Communication was great when I inquired but sometimes it seemed as if I was not hearing updates as often. Probably more so related to my personal preference and not a reflection of their team. I may have jumped ahead of them on some things because I was anxious. I would definitely recommend.
I was very upset with the last minute "requirements" that were placed on us. Title essentially required me to route paper work through my COC to verify that it doesn't cost me money to live on the ship while my family lives in FL. Essentially putting into question my word, and my ability to pay. I litterally have one of the highest credit scores and I'm still being questioned and having to jump through hoops for a loan. As a whole I was pretty disappointed with my service and felt taken advantage of. To this day I still don't understand why the costs at closing couldn't have been rolled into the loan. I guess it doesn't matter now just frustrated because I have to wait longer to give my faimly the things we want in our house.

I can only speak about the Veteran United team i worked with here in the Scott AFB area, but if they are any indication of the type of service other Verteran United places provide I would highly recommend. Mike was beyond amazing. He and his team were extremely helpful and courteous. They answered every question I had without hesitation and thoroughly explained aspects i did not understand. I could not have made a better choice in choosing Mike and his team.
