Started well & ended terrible. Expected to walk out of the closing with a check for $17-18K but had to show up with a check for over $11K instead. Not sure what the issues were on your end & don't care to be real honest. I was told we were all good over a week in advance, then told oops -we screwed up please cover our mistake.
Shawn, Cristin, and Alex were an absolute pleasure to work with. Each and every one of them were patient and kind as our family worked through our first home purchase. If given the opportunity, I'd assemble this team in a heartbeat.
