As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. Being a Veteran I wanted to purchase a home. Not having the best credit score I tried anyway.I had the most wonderful team of financial personnel. Starting with Ms.Britney, who stood with me from being to end. She had a team that's unbelievable. The process was great they gave me a Realtor that'was unbelievable,Mr. David to get my scores where they need to be. This team work so hard, my sellers representative was how was they able to close so fast. I would recommend any veteran to call and try to purchase a home . Ms. Brittney who stated it all off for me. Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. And fought for our best interests when the seller was committed to their own best interests. I’d recommend Rachel and Veterans United in a heartbeat.
Not our first home, but our first home purchased using my VA eligibility.
