Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. Tim Alvis was our loan officer and he worked with us for quite some time. It took us over a year to find the the right house and he would always run the numbers so we knew what the expected payments would be. He also provided valuable advise on how to structure our loan.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. I am confident in my loan, but thought it would be structured differently to lower my mortgage. Instead everything else upfront was covered, even giving me money back. Reading so much about rate-buy down from seller credits, underwriting seemed uninterested in even answering direct questions as to why they chose to structure the loan the way they did after I asked about structuring it a different way that worked very well on my end. Either way, I’m happy to close!
