The communication between us and VA Loans was great up until a month before we closed. Also our point of contact changed. She did not appear to be as knowledgeable as our original POC or personable.
I'm extremely pleased with VU. You had us closed in 21 days with no stress or horror stories that you hear about. Everyone we have talked to has said what you have done for us is unheard of but you did it without a hitch.
Amy and Jamie did a wonderful job! I was nervous but they made the experience very easy for me. They were on it when I ha a question or need something. thank you.
