The team that helped me through the home buying process was amazing! I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!! I found a great little place and my team really came through for me to make it mine!!!
Working with Rob was easy in 2020 to purchase our home and again to do a refinance in 2026 to use some equity to do multiple things. The process was fast. Questions were answered promptly. Rob even called to go over what our financial goal was prior to starting the process. That is top notch customer service.
Super helpful and the text messages helped out a lot especially with me being at work and hardly ever able to answer. Just a huge help.
