It started out rough. I was assigned to an office in Missouri after I had made an internet inquiry. Why did that happen when there was a local office in Shiloh, IL?
The entire process and the team at the Scott AFB Veterans United office are so far above every other loan company/organization I contacted while looking for a home loan it's obvious they've set the bar likely as high as it can go.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Jamie Hollenkamp was particularly helpful with getting through the process both quickly and smoothly. Ms. Reese was very helpful at the closing.
