Steve was fantastic to work with throughout our refinance process. He originally helped guide us through the process when we were planning to purchase our home, but due to lender issues outside of his control we had to postpone and come back about six months later. When we finally returned to refinance, Steve picked right back up.What really stood out to me was how available he made himself. Even when he was on vacation or away from the office, something I absolutely would not expect, he still took the time to answer questions and resolve issues. Tim and his team did everything right from the first time I called his office till the last. This was my 1st home purchase and I've heard rhe horror stories of how rhe VA Loan process (or any home loan purchase) was terrible, the worst type of nightmare, etc and so on. Yim and his team not only made me feel like I was Family, but that they were truly there with me every step of the way. There were a couple of overwhelming moments, but Tim cal Ed me down and explained everything clearly and intelligently. He and his team made this Nightmare a perfectly peaceful dream. I appreciate everything he and his team did for me and I would buy another home tomorrow if I could have Tim handle it with me.
