Everyone was professional, the app is user friendly, and their rates are competitive with all the other banks that we considered for financing. The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
