I'm extremely pleased with VU. You had us closed in 21 days with no stress or horror stories that you hear about. Everyone we have talked to has said what you have done for us is unheard of but you did it without a hitch.
Quite frustrated w/IDHA process. Mostly because I didn't know what to expect. If I had known upfront it would have been a better experience

There needs to be a "Not Sure" selection here because we are just not sure if we would actually recommend anyone. Biggest thing if we "did" recommend is to keep on top of their representative, which "we" as clients should not have too.
