We switched to a local branch and regretted it. The service wasn't the same. Our previous loan officer (Sam Yoo) would take the time to break things down in ways we could understand (lay terms). There was little personability and people skills. We were lost in the home buying process. The service Mr. Yoo and his team provided was top notch. We asked to switch back to our previous loan officer at the national branch. Mr. Yoo's team is amazing and functions together. The communication structure of his team was open and provided us confidence as consumers. We were extremely comfortable as every member of Mr. Yoo's team was competent. Without his leadership, the home buying process would not have functioned properly for us. The website and portal take you through every step you are in as you go through the home buying process. The task feature helps you stay on task as far as what you need to do next in the home buying process. The instructions provided in the portal were clear and easy to understand and follow. Mr. Yoo and his team were very helpful, supportive, and made us confident in the home buying process because they were rooting for us.
