Veterans United was able to come though for me when the builder's lender failed to complete the loan. Despite having a very short deadline from beginning the loan with Veterans United and the closing date (with a major holiday being in the middle), they were able to keep to the original timeline and get me in the house successfully.
Great service and support, the app is great.
The only reason for a 7 was because of the amount of time, confusion, and communication issues. Otherwise it was a 10

The only complaint I had was with the appraiser during the whole process. I would recommend talking with first time homeowners about how paying closing costs works at least a week before the estimated closing date, especially if they use USAA and need to have a cashier check mailed.
