She was very quick to respond to questions and inquiries. Always nice, polite, and helpful
Great communication! Very attentive to our military situation (buying a home from out of state).
Extremely positive and helpful with any questions I had. And always got back to me in a timely manor.
Our only issue with Veterans United is their inability to call us when we needed them. I understand that a call to the UK is long distance but is absolutely doable. We also had issues with the underwriter and their lack of communication, information from the underwriter was passed to Veterans United and then to us which let to an enormous amount of stress.
They worked great as a team. Maybe a little more proactive updates throughout the process. Communication was great when I inquired but sometimes it seemed as if I was not hearing updates as often. Probably more so related to my personal preference and not a reflection of their team. I may have jumped ahead of them on some things because I was anxious. I would definitely recommend.
Phenomenal expert of the VA loan process and ultimately allowed me to purchase our new home. Kudos!
