The entire team was wonderful. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way. We did most of our loan from Guam as we were in the middle of our PCS and no matter what they always responded and were accommodating of our time difference and schedule. This team made the whole process a breeze.

Our entire process was amazing due to the incredible staff and support they provided. We had a particularly hard process as my husbands employer only offers paper check stubs. These guys were very professional and make the process so simple for us.

MICHELLE!!!! and her amazing team at the Scott AFB branch did an OUTSTANDING job handling my mortgage. Some things went a bit crazy toward the last few days heading into closing, but Michelle WORKED extremely diligently to fix EVERYTHING and kept me abreast of the situation and she was with me all the way until I received the keys to my new home!!! We started the process over a year ago and the beautiful spirit of LINDSEY!!! Doty who I had my first conversations with were warm and I really felt like she cared about me and all veterans. I would like to thank Jessica for her work on the project as well as Jonathan.
