Michelle Dapkus is the best loan officer we have ever worked with! Always went above and beyond to help us out and was always able to explain where we were in the process and answer our crazy questions. Her team was amazing as well! This is our second time using VU and Michelle and this experience was even better than our last one! We will only use VU and Michelle for our future lending needs!
Mike, Holly, and Joe were all instrumental in ensuring that we worked with a reputable company, and that we closed on time. I was very upset with the last minute "requirements" that were placed on us. Title essentially required me to route paper work through my COC to verify that it doesn't cost me money to live on the ship while my family lives in FL. Essentially putting into question my word, and my ability to pay. I litterally have one of the highest credit scores and I'm still being questioned and having to jump through hoops for a loan. As a whole I was pretty disappointed with my service and felt taken advantage of. To this day I still don't understand why the costs at closing couldn't have been rolled into the loan. I guess it doesn't matter now just frustrated because I have to wait longer to give my faimly the things we want in our house.

Amazing!!! I have no words to express how smooth was everything, I think I only received a phone call once (I rather be contacted by email than calls) and that’s it! I have the house I always dream about!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! For sure I will tell my others Active Duty friends to contact Michael Dapkus and his team if they are thinking about buying a house!! No words..
