
I was very happy with everyone that I worked with at Veterans United except for Landon. Landon had many troubles getting back with me about questions that I had during the process of buying a home. I would text and call and he would take days to respond, and then respond only after I spoke with my realtor about his complacency. Landon was also pushing hard to get the "closed sale" when I had explained several times that I would not close until the repairs were done.
Overall, I would still highly recommend Veterans United.

The entire experience with Veterans United wasn't like a loan officer and loan specialist, it felt like friends helping each other. Look, for us veterans being genuine is huge. We can sniff it out when you aren't, and the entire team was rock solid genuine. I never had hesitation about anything. We finally did it! Thanks to Nick and Spencer for being there for us, they made buying in this crazy market a lot less stressful.




Being in a stressful situation and not understanding the underwriting process nor having any knowledge on what I should ask to get answers to my questions made it difficult to feel in the loop. All the staff was patient and very helpful, but a guide on what exactly you have to break down and figure out the numbers would have made the situation easier to handle. I know I was not the most polite person during this process and I apologize for that.
