The national lender focuses on VA Home Loans and was chosen as No. 30 on the list that recognizes companies with exceptional workplace culture.

Veterans United was selected among hundreds of companies vying for a place on the list, now in its 19th year. Companies choose to participate in the selection process, which includes an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about their programs and company practices.
