Announcement part of company's efforts to enhance the customer experience.
COLUMBIA, Mo. — Veterans United Home Loans today announced two promotions in its Columbia headquarters focused on enhancing the company's customer experience in all 50 states.
Patrick Cox was named Production Manager at Veterans United Home Loans. In the position, Cox is responsible for managing and training more than 300 loan officers and support staff in Columbia, Lenexa, Kan., and Addison, Texas. Loan officers reporting to Cox are licensed in all 50 states. Cox was previously a loan officer with the company for eight years, and has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Missouri.
Chris Lunn is the new Director of Secondary Approval at Veterans United Home Loans. He is responsible for 70 specially-trained loan officers, credit specialist and support staff in Columbia who focus on providing lending options for customers needing assistance in improving their credit. Lunn was previously the refinance division manager, and has been with the company for four years. He has a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Missouri, and is board member for Show-Me Central Habitat for Humanity.
